   This gsf is really scam ordered batery from them promise me second day delivery in allmost a week did not happen canceled by phone order for collection second day by them promised by 10 am will be there I reach 11am to tell me they don't sell such a thing offered me to buy my first time ordered baterry for £12 more expensive i bellive the staff is really making fun of custumers to be honest is a rip off! Gone eurocarparts get the batery on spot for £45 to be mentioned is a 063 batery for fiesta you can find any street just not gsf better close open eurocarparts or make kebab shop because looks like staff comes from there !

   Be careful with reservations. As per Seinfeld, they know how to take reservations, but not how to hold them. And that's really the important part of a reservation - the holding. I made the trip to pick up the battery I'd reserved. I had received a text confirmation that the order was ready (that day). But when I got there I was told it wasn't in stock. I would have used a different shop if I had known that and had to go for a lower quality battery rather than waste the trip.

   Since Euro car parts bought GSF car parts, their parts prices hit the roof. Same with GSF Parts can be bought 50-70% cheaper from portals/sites like AutoDoc and AMF parts Beware of the price scam users

   Ghetto branch and management... Avoid buying from this branch, the manager and staff are disrespectful and bullies. The attitude of the manager does not represent GSF, he has no customer service skills, talks over customers even when the product was defective. Refuses to refund and swap, I have a video recordings of visit and the poor experience which will be posted online shortly. GSF owners please educate the Tottenham branch and recruit better manager

   poor customer service, call handlers are rude and dont sound bothered, ordered a part and it came in two hours when it was promised maximum of a hour and on top of that the part was used and damaged so i sent it back and this caused a delay in all of my jobs. DONT USE THIS GUYS!
