   Tried to trade in my Carrera bike today and was surprised that for just a slightly rusted chain, the supervisor rated it 1%, and the value of the bike came down to £20. Having high rates on all the other components and working perfectly on all gears, this looks kind of suspicious to me, as in the same time the supervisor was not providing further details and just went off. This type of bike is over £300, and it is ridiculous that they offered only 20 for a perfectly working bike!!!

   It's a Halfords branch so probably much like all the others Good stock of car, motorbike and cycle related products and some camping kit. Staff are pleasant and seem to know the stock and their job. It's in a big car park with similar businesses so handy for a multi purpose mission.

   I had a great customer experience, thanks to a staff named Kenny, who was very polite and knowledgeable.. he gave me great advise and options, to try to tackle the issues I was having with my car. I left the store confident with all my questions being answered. I would highly recommend the old Kent road store as all staffs are welcoming and polite.

   Terrible customer service. I waited patiently to pay for my items while the person at the till looked at her friends holiday photos until it became obvious that she was fully intent on ignoring me. I had to ask to be served. Then it felt like she was doing me a favour by taking my money. Every time I go to Halfords I always say I'll never go back again but then I forget just how awful it is. This time was definitely my last.

   Can't fault the service I recieved today. Popped in to collect an online order then decided to get some new wipers and have them fitted. Both members of staff I dealt with were helpful and efficient. Very good customer service.

   It is strange visiting shops as they begin to open now in 2021. Halfords on old Kent road have done well. They have a strict policy of 9 people upstairs and 20 downstairs currently. A friendly man on the door is there to keep count and let people in as others leave, and ensure masks are worn. Hand wash is available as you enter, and when I visited the door man read cleaning the door handles continuously. Distancing lines at the till help as well.

   Staff are not too bad. Lots of parking. It is a nice large store and it appears to cover everything. Sometimes, it can be hard to get through on the phone because the staff has to serve instore customer has well as man the customer in store. It can be difficult to reach anyone on the cycling centre. With bicycles becoming more important, I think it is important for all companies to include more staff. It is on the slow side, waiting up to 30 minutes. But it is not their fault as they are talking to customers and advising at the same time. On the phone, oriental lady she is amazing. She is polite and helpful. Mario and Trevor at the cycling centre are cool. I can see they are very helpful so cant knock it. Score might seem unfair but then Halford need more bodies to meet demand. Maybe I just arrived at the wrong time. All inmates waiting to do is pay up and go.

   What a terrible experience, I went to this branch to buy a child bike and there was a long queue of customers standing with frustration. They told me they were waiting for more than 30 minutes and only moved few steps forward. I didn't bother to join the queue as I was not prepared to wait for that long and just went to the entrsnce to see what was going on. The shop was closed but the door is open and a staff member get a request from customer at the entrance and goes to the shop floor, bring the items to the customer and get payment by the door. A very slow moving queue as they didn't have enough people serving. I do not recommend going there at the moment if time is an issue.

   They have a friendly staff at the Bike Hut I really liked how they allowed us to try the bikes to see our size like when I was buying an Apollo Radar 17 the staff really explained how the gears worked and how dangerous they are when you change them before you ride the bike. He also explained how the bike helped you and how the Care Plan can help you and your bike. Also in Vets4Pets they have everything you need for your pets like the food and the treatment. They also have cute rats, rabbits, Syrian hamster and hamsters.
