I found JRH after two awful experiences with other companies, James managed to save the day and my vehicle and restore it to manufacturers mint condition. James is honest, reliable, trustworthy and genuinely cares for customers who are loyal because of this. James has old school morals and values which is very rare nowadays and these run through the business. This kind of service this bodyshop provides restores my faith in humanity. James understands how much your vehicle means to you and he embodies going above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. Knowing my vehicle is in safe hands is priceless. Unlike other places JRH are extremely fair and reasonable with their prices which further demonstrates their integrity and ethics. Five star customer care and decency is at the root of this business which is why I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. The bodyshop work is exquisite and the attention to detail is magnificent. Fantastic garage, very fast, honest, very efficient and very fair priced! James is a fantastic mechanic: he knows a lot about cars and knows what he is doing! I have been going there now for a number of years and would not go anywhere else.
Needed to get a new wing mirror fitted onto my car, called up in the morning and it was fixed just a few hours later. Also asked them to mend a small problem with one tyre and they were happy to do it at no extra cost. Super grateful for the speedy and quality service!
These guys are a masterclass in vehicle repair. Took my car to them to have my door, bumper and rear quarter repaired after a driver wrote my car off. They honoured the quote they had given me beforehand even though it was over 2 weeks. When I had received the vehicle back, the professionalism in the work really showed. The car looks brand new now. Turn around was 3 days which is really quick. I'd highly recommend these boys for vehicle bodywork. Thank you for your professionalism, skill and excellent customer service!

The reception is polite, helpful and very reassuring and nothing is too much trouble. However, what is so important for me is that I trust them. This is a family business with a huge amount of history and integrity. It looks a bit rough around the edges from the outside (it is a garage not a beauty parlour) but I cannot recommend them enough. If you want peace of mind, this is where you should go.
