First visit , the salon was beautiful , smelt lovely and fresh , the lady Atena who did my pedicure was lovely and did a great job it was very relaxing as it was a very rare child free afternoon for a birthday gift thank you will definitely visit again
If you are a foreigner, don't go. If you are English, you will be very welcome! Unfortunately! I'm giving it 3 stars because the girl who did my nails was very good! However, the service was a very disappointing experience, treated with indifference (maybe because I am Latin). I asked to use the bathroom and the girl replied that it was not possible because it was not for customers, and that I could be using the one in the mall. Going back there today, I saw customers using the bathroom, and the super attentive girls even accompanied the customers!! I feel terrible about this!!!
I got acrylics with summer colour French tips, they’re beautiful. Staff are lovely so is the environment. Overall a lovely pampering experience. Absolutely love my new nails, perfect for holidays.
I explained to the manager, Atena, that I’d previously had a rather unfortunate experience when having my eyelashes tinted. This had left me rather anxious regarding the procedure. She was extremely understanding and tasked Paulina to take care of me. Paulina patiently talked me through the process whilst continually reassuring me of her close attention. Many thanks for helping me to regain my confidence in this treatment .. can highly recommend.
Overpriced , terrible Worst experience Iv ever had. I sat down looked at the price list and ask for ombré acrylic, costing £45 I was told the girl who does then is not in. So I picked acrylic French polish. I’m a qualified nail technician myself but thought it would be nice to have someone else do them. The experience got worse the women doing my nails didn’t look confident that she could do them , her filling technique was off . I had to ask her 4times how to file them (oval ) which should not be hard. During this she then said you do know the French polish is £49 , I looked on the price list and they didn’t have a price for French polish. I have never heard French polish to be more expensive than ombré. I told her to just paint them red as she wasn’t showing me much confidence. Whilst filing my nails it was painful and uncomfortable. She painted them shocking as there is bumps and paint missing from the sides… biggest waist of money! £40 that cost me. I’m shocked she is qualified. Will never go there again
I visited to get my nails tidied up. I had some undercoat stuck to my nails and they needed a file so I nipped in as they seemed quiet. The lady there completely ruined my nails with her electric file. She had no idea how to use it. It’s far better to use a white buffer and a regular nail file.
Shocking service!! Had appointment booked for 1pm on Thursday for nails for 2 people when we got in there was told to come back again in 20mins to which I said no as I had the appointment already booked! Was told to take a seat another person walked in to say that some of her nails had come off and she got seated with a member of staff straight away which I think is out of order when there are people waiting for their appointments. After waiting 30mins I was told another 5 mins but then was still waiting 20mins later. Staff are all very rude and have no manners at all. I have to have short nails due to job the girl doing my nails kept saying how difficult it was doing my nails due to being so short and kept shaking her head and huffing and puffing all the time. I was not happy at all!! I'd rather pay double for my nails to be done than return here. I will definitely not be returning here!!! Bit of advice don't seat walk-ins before people with actual appointments!!!!!!
Nails cost me £25 came off the very same night. Went back the next day the girl filled my nails dow to nothing saying its because my nails are long. Got home and 2 had come off again. Never going back here
Lovely from start to finish, thank you very much! I booked the morracan pedicure with black soap and massage. All I would say is the massage could have been better as it only lasted 30 seconds whilst the lotion was applied. I wouldn't say its a massage unfortunately.
Went to get my nails done this weekend at be the beauty spa, and I cannot express how good the place is!! Absolutely lovely staff, very sweet and the price was extremely reasonable too. I got acrylic nails, orange french tips and a chequered pattern on my ring fingers. The art turned out amazing and the nails themselves are so pretty, exactly what I asked for. The lady who did my nails was so sweet and did and amazing job too. Cannot recommended this spa enough.
