Not once has anyone behaved in a way that makes me feel uncomfortable, they've welcomed me crutches, wheels and all. I have been visiting for less than a year now but have been treated with more respect and kindness than I have had from some people I have known for 20 years. I havent had my hair cut in a salon for 15 years! All my nerves and embarrassment quickly subsided after chatting with Tam about it and her giving me reassurance and advice on how best it should be cut within the parameters of what I wanted. I have come away from the salon with an amazing haircut and feeling much more confident about getting it cut professionally again (with Tam!) in the near future. I would also like mention Grace who cut both my daughters hair recently and did a great job on both. Thank you for the advice on how to maintain my daughters wild hair! She has been following your instructions and we are seeing a great improvement in the definition of her curls. No more frizz!”

“Had my nails done by Kimmi about a week ago and forgot to leave a good review. It was the first time getting them professionally done so I was nervous. The wait time was long for me but it’ll just depend on what time and day you go cos I went Saturday and mid-day. I’m absolutely in-love with nails, they’re exactly what I asked for and were done within about 25 mins. Kimmi was absolutely lovely and he let me trial and error colours so I could see which one suited best and he stayed overtime to finish my nails. It ended being £30 and so incredibly worth it, thank you Kimmi!!”

I had my hair dyed and styled by Agnes, I can get quite nervous about having my hair cut but she was super patient and friendly which helped to chill me out. I had shown Agnes some pictures of styles I liked and she absolutely killed it. The result was inspired by the pictures but way more tailored to me. That is what really stands out from my previous salon experiences, she actually listened to what I wanted, how I style my hair and adapted the style perfectly, which is such a talent. Also I can highly recommended their nails technician Olivia who sorted manicure for me without booking. The service was excellent from start to finish and was great addition to complete my new look.
