They cancelled my nail appointment less than 1 hour before attending, friday and i go on holiday tomorrow.... not the way to treat customers...very poor.
This is the best beauty salon I have ever been too. Vic anad the girls are amazing. Always making you feel welcome and the services the salon offers are just fab. I would highly recommend the salon to anyone wanting a great beauty experience.

I booked a massage session for myself and my niece for her birthday and the treatment we received was fantastic, the two lovely ladies that did our massage where very professional and very good at what they do, nothing was to much trouble and it was my nieces first time having any kind of treatment. I will definitely be coming back to VB Lounge, all the staff including Vic that owns it were so lovely and welcoming.
Olivia as always is fabulous, Vic and the girls always make you welcome.
