   We took our Ford Focus to the local garage because the clutch pedal kept getting stuck to the bottom. The garage could not find the fault but as I assured them it happened, they said that replacing the clutch would cost £1,200 for part and labour all inclusive. I then took it to Ford-Fix-Centre for a 2nd opinion: Philip took a clutch master cylinder from a pile of parts and did a brief demo of how the clutch master cylinder and the clutch work together. He said that just the clutch part costs £650 and if you add labour it comes to £1,150. The clutch master cylinder replacement is £200 part and labour. He said I would be taking a gamble, because until we open up the car, we don’t really know which is failing, but it is always best to replace the cheaper part first. I took that gamble and booked the car for the next day, which was ready by 4pm, et voila`, the car was returned perfectly fixed. It drives like a bomb and we are very happy customers!

   Took my car in for a repair that I had booked in advanced and they fixed the radiator fan, pack and carrier. They said the damage was more extensive than I mentioned (sounds right as I don't know much about cars), so I thought it was going to cost a fortune but I have to say it was very reasonably priced and they managed to do it same day. Down to earth guys and also no nonsense approach which I prefer. They know what they are doing, I'd recommend their services!

   Took my car to these guys today . I thought my car was a goner . These guys are top class ! They fixed it within a couple of hours spotting the problem quickly after another garage missed it completely and basically said I’d need a new engine. I can’t thank these guys enough ! I won’t be taking my car anywhere else from now on and I’ll be recommending to anyone who needs an expert mechanic that isn’t a rip off . They fixed my beloved fiesta and charged me very reasonably too . Thank you very much .

   Very good experience with Ford Fix. Had a jammed auto gearbox selector. Called in, explained my problem, they immediately suggested a price and booked me in very quickly. On the day I dropped of the car, and within an hour they called that it was ready. They even tested my alternator and battery and test drove the car to ensure all is good - it was a great job at the originally quoted price. I tried to tip, but they insisted on charging us the agreed price. The car has been driving faultlessly since. Great bonus that they accepted card payment.

   Outstanding! Called to ask about the scrap value on my beloved Focus as Ford said £3000+ to repair engine fault. The man said you seem reluctant to part with your car, I can fix it! And he did!!! Yippee. He replaced the ECU and reprogrammed it in less than an hour. Good price, nice people with fantastic knowledge and ability!
