I booked in to have christmas nails done. I was charged £47 for a full set of acrylics, which I was ok with until less than a week later a few pinged off. Again, I was ok with this but when I messaged for a repair i had no response which was disappointing. I won't be coming here again and wouldn't recommend.
My experience with the receptionist was awful, she was rude and very obnoxious. . If I was not desperate to get my toes done I would never of booked it l?? I had an app with Caroline who was lovely and Naomi was also very pleasant but receptionist was RUDE. She needs a course on manners !!!!
I first began visiting Finishing Touch about 4 years ago. My anxiety disorder was at it’s highest, and it wasn’t an easy decision. I should not have been worried. I was blessed to have Sam doing my nails and it was more than just a manicure - it felt like therapy! She was so lovely and put me at ease, straight away because she seemed to be really interested and understanding. They are a fantastic team, there. You always leave the place, smiling and just feeling ‘happy’. I would highly recommend it to everyone ❤️
Had my first wax here today, I felt so comfortable from the moment I lay down, a towel was sat waiting for me, and I was kept covered throughout the treatment. Sam talked me through everything she was doing, and made me feel completely at ease. Will definitely be back to make this my regular! All the girls in the salon were also lovely, I definitely will consider booking more treatments here! Thank you Sam and finishing touch, wonderful salon!
Excellent ! The Staff are lovely its very comfortable and relaxing place to be.I had a pedicure and shlac on my toe nails and they feel and look fab!!!! Wood recommend.

Excellent and friendly service all nails were finished to a high standard and make up was gorgeous the owner even sorted out my messed up spray tan that was done by another salon for free!!! Would definitely recommend.
