Was looking for a new brow place since moving to Warrington. The Caci Room was fantastic, had a brow wax and tint - my stylist was professional and recommended what she felt would suit tint wise. I am very pleased with my eyebrows and have booked to go back!
Thai is the first time my Mum and I have visited the day spa and one word to describe it was amazing the atmosphere, tranquil rooms and treatments were superb. Can definitely recommend them.
Yesterday I came to this loverly little place for a balance package. I was greeted absolutely beautifully it was like I’ve known the lady for year.I got into the bath first which is like a little hot tub, then my massage of hot stones began. I enjoyed every single moment. I was kepted nice and warm throughout the whole treatment - the last thing I has was a facial wow , never had one like it, absolutely stunning. Even my partner said wow your face looks so clean- I didn’t know if to take it as compliment or insult but I wasn’t bothered as I was super chilled out . Definitely will be coming again
First visit today and this will be my last. Website said £7.50 for eye brow wax but i was charged £14. When i queried it the lady said the website is out of date and needs updating plus they've moved premises! Really not happy!
I had a back massage and a facial very professional and atmosphere. Was great Staff were lovely and left a 78 yr old very relaxed and comfortable thank you ladies .
I have had a couple of appointments since the Caci room re-opened, and their safety measures in place for Covid made me feel extremely safe. You enter and wash your hands (soap smells amazing) and fill in the track and trace form as well as a temperature check. Clients have masks on, but for facials it is slightly different, masks are removed at the beginning of the treatment and your hands sanitised. I didn’t notice any difference in the quality of the treatment from prior to Covid, still got the relaxing head massage during the facial :-) I would totally recommend this salon for a post lock down treat... safety is top priority for both clients and therapists.
The team at he CACI room take a great deal of care to ensure your safe during COVID-19. I had a body massage which was brilliant. Very relaxing and did me the world of good. Highly recommended
Lovely people and they are as well-qualified as their brochure says! I went for a sports massage after much deliberation and it was top quality, with chat to match. The staff made me feel very welcome (which is rare as a guy). So top job, will definitely go back sometime.
