   Hi, I will not recommend Nirro. They are useless. I bought an Audi q3 door lock(actuator). I was told it’s the right unit for the car and matched the part number too. But before paying, I asked ‘what if it doesn’t fit’? The sales guy said, ‘bring it back and will refund’ The unit in my car has 9-pins and the unit that Nirro sold had only 8-pins. That’s the reason I requested for a refund. Sadly Nirro refusing a refund. This is very poor customer service and trading policy. I will never use Nirro again. Please don’t get caught to crooks like Nirro. Thanks

   The service I received from this Company is outstanding. I kerbed a wheel on my SEAT ruining both wheel and tyre. I sourced a second hand wheel (complete with great tyre!) at Nirro which was sent to my home address in Scotland and received within 48 hours - £120 all in. All contact with staff was fantastic. They couldn't have been more helpful. 100% recommend!
