The brow consultant was a no show. A Boots employee apologised and said she hadn't shown up for 2 days, but other people had turned up too after booking appointments. I didn't get any cancellation notice and I had taken a day off specifically to get my brows done and do some Christmas shopping. Very disappointed!!!
I had a brow wax and tint, by Laura, at Benefits Brow Bar in Boots, Warrington Gemini. I first met Laura when I went in for a patch test. She made me feel relaxed straight away. She genuinely is a lovely person. I then knew I’d like Laura to do my brows. I booked online with no issues. I am very happy with my treatment, especially as my brows have been hacked at over the years, so she didn’t have a lot to work with. Not that she said that. They now look 100% better. I love the shape and the colour looks really natural. Thank you Laura. I’ll definitely be coming back to see you x

Jess at Benefit is just brilliant. She listens to what I want and magically creates it. Even though I have little eyebrows for her to work with. She Is so approachable and her attention to detail is incredible. I highly recommend Jess for all aspects of brows including lamination and shaping as well as a tinting. Went into Boots Gemini with my Granddaughter when we noticed the Benefit brow bar had a free appointment so my Granddaughter had her brows waxed & tinted. She was thrilled with the way Jessica shaped, waxed & tinted her eye brows . Never used it before but would certainly have them done there again by Jessica. She was thrilled with the way she did them & constantly checked she was pleased with the results .
