   I chose this business due the positive reviews here, I wasn't disappointed so I'm back here to add to them. I received great service from Adrian, very friendly, very informative. The gearbox on my high mileage recently bought car was misbehaving and Adrian found it was half empty of fluid. For the price of a top up it's now as smooth as new! Many garages would have opened it up and billed a bigger repair or just insisted on a rebuild but for good honest service I can only recommend Autotrans.

   Would definitely recommend. Had a gearbox issue with my 60 plate Audi A3, which was quickly diagnosed over the phone as mechatronic unit needing to be replaced. He remained patient with all my questions and gave helpful advice on things to check which would increase the likelihood of it being a mechatronic unit issue. I had RAC tow the car out to the garage. Work was done in 2 days. The price was reasonable. Most importantly, car is running smooth. Hadn't even met the guy until collection! Was super chilled and friendly which matched his service over the phone.

   Thank you Adrian for your superb service on my mothers car recently. Another garage wanted 4k to repair the issue and suggested a rebuild of the whole gearbox. Adrian outlined what actually needed to be replaced and performed the repair in 2 days and at a fair price. Keep up the good work, your honesty is priceless in this day and age !!
