   Worst of the worst! Did a MOT and CV boot replacement along with wheel alignment at the F1 Dartford centre.. but the steering at one side right the end seemed blocked (again if steering fully) else it was ok.. this was a new problem after the CV boot change. The F1 Dartford didn't have the staff to check and fix this so called up this Orpington centre and directed me to go to this centre. The manager at the start was polite and said they can do wheel alignment to get it fixed. After couple of hours they gave the car to take home, saying the 'calliper of the brake' and it will cost £100s to fix it. I politely declined as MOT didn't show any issue with brakes to which the manager said F1 Dartford missed this in the MOT! I then took the car as they had 'fixed' the wheel alignment issue but as I drove off I couple notice that the issue had become much worse as car was drifting on the road. I turned back and went to the center.. waited for couple of hours.. again instead of fixing the issue they caused, I was being advised you got a problem with x, y ,z. .. to which I said I wasn't interested and then the tone of manager changed, became rude and after another 30 mins came back to say "we can't fix your car. It is not advisable to drive. Please call the recovery vehicle and tow it to the nearest garage". Seriously!!!! A minor problem turned into undrivable car! And they are not taking responsibility. I took car keys and some made home with now having to spend more 100s for the issue they made worst! Bunch of Muppets! Stay clear!

   I have used Formula 1 for the last five years or so for tyres for my modern and older classic cars. They often have the best price for the tyres I have needed and the Orpington branch is always helpful polite and friendly. I will continue to use them in the future.

   Had a puncture on my driver rear side. Customer service was delivered all the way through from me calling the shop to leaving, knowing I had the puncture repaired. Thank you Rob (the store manager) who was really polite and informative, and Jake (the mechanic) who fixed my wheel and discovered more than one screw in my tyre. Price was fair and did a really good job.Thanks again.

   Called in on the off chance they could complete tracking on my car (the garage that sold the tyres ramp was too small for my vehicle). Friendly approach by the manager & 1 member of staff.    I recently took my car in for the break pads to be changed, the staff were courteous, kind, helpful and explained everything step-by-step and they found other issues with the car and did not hesitate in helping me to fix them and they did not try and rip me off! They were very efficient and extremely professional. I will not use another garage now. I can’t thank them enough and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

   I was recommended online and I’m incredibly pleased to have found them. I live locally and these guys are professional, do quality work, and are very accommodating. Allan has been a pleasure to work with and has always been competitive with his price. Although I hope I don’t have to see him often, I will definitely be going back should I have any issues with my cars, and would wholeheartedly recommend him to friends and family.

   Thanks for such a help, they were not keen to increase your bill and ensures only sensible bits are done. My tyre was done in 25 mins and the person at reception didn't charge the other guy who was there for small work. Well done and you have a got a customer for long.

   Initial booked appointment was cancelled and I accepted an alternative. I arrived on the dot but it was an hour till they started work on my car. Was told it was first come first serve. What’s the point of giving me a specific time? Then after the tyres were changed I was told tracking was out so had another hour wait for that to be fixed. Over 3 hours in total hanging about. If I’d known it would be so bad I’d have gone elsewhere. Staff were polite and friendly but it doesn’t make up for poor admin. Regional manager phoned to apologise. This review was removed from trustpilot. Why? I don't know but be aware the reviews you see are somewhat filtered.
