Disappointing. Bought a voucher for 30 minute massage. Upon attending, whilst staff were friendly, the massage lasted 15 minutes and was rushed. There was nothing relaxing about it as it was so noisy there too. Wished I’d looked at the poor reviews beforehand.

I booked an appointment for shellac hands. I've had this a few times here over a few years. Had one in January and a bit disappointed as one of the nail colours completely peeled off after 3 days. Thought it was a one off so booked again. Was offered "builders shellac" which I went with. The "buffing" of my nails was brutal and quite painful. However, colour was lovely and pleased with the end result. About 4 days later, while on holiday, nails started peeling (not just the colour). Granted, my nails weren't in 100% condition but goodness me, they're now ruined for god knows how long. I certainly won't be back for shellac/gel nails. BTW, have had massages and lash treatments here before and these have been fine. Maybe some refresher training is needed for shellac?
I was bought a Groupon deal for my birthday what was for an hour long massage & facial.. I couldn't attend the appointment due to my children having covid.. The staff at bee beautiful were far from helpful and just point blank refused to change my booking to a different date, they even stopped replying to my text messages, very unprofessional. I was really looking forward to this treatment as I never treat myself, I'm a busy mother of 2 and work full time for the NHS. Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend.
I came in for a groupon, arrived on time rather than 15 minutes early due to finding parking. I was made to feel unwelcome and was “told off” twice about being late. They then purposefully left me longer when waiting for me to get on the treatment bed and at the end, thus reducing my treatment time. I just felt completely unwelcome throughout. I go for massages to relax but I left feeling anything but.
