Had a male pedicure for my holiday, Megan was really friendly, super attentive and fantastic at her job. Credit to the shop.
Updated Review - June 2025 - Visited the salon again from my lash life & tint & can say once again the salon experience was very positive and i was comfortable throughout the process. I would just like to say my eyelashes are amazing ...... Its the best lash lift yet & Iv had lots of lovely comments - Thank you so much for my treatment Sept 2024 The environment was nice and relaxing & I fell asleep whilst having my treatment done; the lashes look fantastic, uplifted and tinted so all that was great. I just couldn't see how good they were before I left the salon as I didn't have my glasses.... Following a disappointing after care experience where glue wasn't removed correctly, I left a review letting the salon know. I was contacted and to the salons credit I was very pleased with the customer service & the matter was resolved - hence the update.
Went for the first time here to get a luxury pedicure. Very well looked after by megan and great job! Would recommend
I originally had a bad experience but honestly Rachel has more than compensated. She is absolutely lovely and the service I have received recently speaks volumes about how seriously she takes customer care. Most awkward hour of my life, wasn’t spoken to or made to feel comfortable at all. Treatment was done very half hearted and rushed, come away with cuts where the lady was rough doing my pedicure and ended up with painted nails rather than gel nails which I came home and removed anyway as they were all smudged. A maternity luxury pedicure as a birthday gift that was an awful experience. Wouldn’t use or recommend to anyone I’m afraid!

I frequently drop in here. Rachel and the other staff always make me very welcome. It is such a friendly, relaxing place to be. You can just turn up for coffee and cake with friends, or to quietly read a book or one of the shop's magazines. The manicures and pedicures are really exceptionally good, and the seating for the treatments is so comfortable that I often don't want to get up and leave the salon afterwards. They do quite a wide range of other beauty treatments, such as waxing, eyebrow shaping and quick holiday spray tanning. They also cater for family groups, and do small exclusive sessions in the evening for small parties.
Amazing! Absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this place both for a good manicure and a lovely relaxing experience. Went today with 3 generations of our family and everyone had a lovely time. They manage to combine the social side of a cafe with the pampering of a beauty treatment centre. One of my favourite oases of calm in Liverpool!
