Been going here now for over 2 years Sancha always gives such a warm welcome everytime, it like heading to see a friend. I had brow lamination and eyelash lift and gel nails, my nails match perfectly with what I wanted and the brows and lashes always last for a long time.
Had such an incredible experience and lashes turned out unreal thank youu!!
Loved my experience with Sancha! She was super friendly, made me feel comfortable the whole time, and my lashes came out amazing. They look so good and lasted way longer than I expected. Definitely coming back—highly recommend!
Sancha is lovely. First time got my underarms waxed was a bit nervous but she made sure I was comfortable and the results are amazing.
I’ve never gone into a beauty place and felt so at ease and comfortable so fast. The lady was amazing and so kind and she did such an incredible job on my eyebrows and lashes. Her attention to detail was outstanding and she really went the extra mile to make my experience enjoyable. I 100% recommend this place to anyone in the area, especially students as it is so affordable.
I initially had a really positive experience at this salon and received a great eyebrow wax and manicure as part of the pick n mix deal. Unfortunately the gel nail varnish was extremely difficult to remove after it began to chip after a month though. My biggest complaint was when I was trying to attend my third appointment for a massage. I booked in three separate occasions and all ended up being cancelled. The first two appointments I turned up at the door and no-one was even in the building and then the third appointment got cancelled just before it was due to start. I can understand one cancellation however to allow clients to show up with no answer or courtesy message for a pre booked appointment is poor professionalism. I was offered a refund for this treatment but then had to chase it up when I realised it had not been paid a few days later.
Let me first start off by saying I am leaving my first review on Google purely because of the the comment below. Do not let any negative comments defer you from booking in at this salon, I have to speak up on this occasion as I have used sancha for many many years. Bad customer service I saw mentioned, any one who has ever had even one treatment from this place will know and fully understand how genuinely nice of person this girl is she honestly has the best of intentions for every single person she encounters, so much so that we have become good friends over the years. She is also one of the most hard working individuals around she works with pure passion and will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. she will never upsell you a single thing or treatment just for the sake of money!! The girl is as honest as they come so to read this review before has extremely irritated me as I have recommended many many many people over the years and all without a single complaint. I can and will vouch for this place, and believe me I will getting every single person I have recommended ( my friends ) to leave an honest star rating for this lovely place. And bin at this shop since 2017 this person is either a fake account or severely confused, I was getting treatments off sancha when she had a room at tops on smithdown and I was at the the launch party In 2015 at the new premises as was about 30 other people so don't for a second let these fake statements question your decision on this place Keep doing what your doing hun we are all behind you
Had a very bad experience at this salon and would not recommend to anyone. I arrived at my appointment on time, to be left waiting outside with no answer from the doorbell. I then proceeded to call the number provided on the Facebook page to receive no answer, a few moments later I got a message on whatsapp saying she won't be able to make the appointment. I am completey understanding and realise that sometimes things come up that are out of our control, but the least she could have done was let me know before I turned up at the salon and wasted my time. However, this isn't a one off, I have several friends who have visited this salon who also had to wait ages to get in and couldn't get through on the phone when trying to call. Very unprofessional and in my opinion unless you treat every single one of your customers with respect, then you you don't deserve business. Book elsewhere.
As you can imagine I have not used this myself... honest, but my other half tells me how nice it is inside with the manager and staff being extremely friendly and inviting. My partner and daughter have had a few treatments and have always come home happy, which is the most important thing for a man with a fiancee and two daughters.
After having taken off my own acrylics by pulling them off,,, I damaged my own nail bed. I asked in Our Little Secret for a Gellac manicure and an eye lash perm and the results were amazing. I was made at home right away. Thank you ladies
