   I went to this salon specifically for hair-extension removal, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. The stylist was unprofessional and removed the extensions without using any proper glue dissolvent. Instead, they pulled at my hair so roughly that it caused significant discomfort and left my natural hair feeling damaged and stressed. I expected a careful, knowledgeable removal process, but what I received felt rushed and careless. I left feeling upset and worried about the condition of my hair. Then my appointment to have the extensions refitted was cancelled with no notice and not rescheduled. Based on my visit, I cannot recommend this salon for extension removal or hair care services.

   I’ve been going to Hayley for the past 6 years and trust nobody else with my hair. I’ve had every shade of blonde, a fringe and now a bob cut by Hayley and I always leave the salon feeling amazing, every visit is warm and welcome and I enjoy and look forward to each appointment. I always get compliments on my colour and cut and whenever anybody asks I always recommend Hayley. She really is the best at what she does and she has a way of always making my hair visions come to life!

   I had a balayage done with Hayley last Friday and I absolutely love it! I was a little nervous about trying it since I've never dyed my hair before, but it turned out amazing. It’s really brightened up my complexion. Thank you so much, Hayley! Can’t wait to see you again soon!

   I’ve had one visit with Hayley and I thought I found my hairdresser- I loved the results. However, my second visit on a Saturday was disappointing. The salon was extremely busy, and Hayley seemed stressed but continued accepting new clients. I arrived 10 minutes late, which may have been inconvenient, but I felt treated as an inconvenience throughout the whole appointment. By the end, I noticed my hair was burnt, and the overall hair quality had deteriorated. When I raised this with Hayley, she responded aggressively, questioning ‘where’ rather than addressing my concern. Despite the damage, I was charged full price without any offer of a corrective treatment. I only received a refund after privately messaging her with photos, but even then, I was made to feel at fault for my slight delay. The experience was disappointing and unprofessional. I’m leaving this review because although I was refunded, 4 months later I still cry at the condition of my hair. You can’t ruin someone’s long hair and not apologise, it still baffles me. To avoid.

   The Little Hair Room, is just amazing. Leah and Hayley have been doing my hair for over ten years now, always professional, give great advice, use great products. All the girls in the Salon are so lovely, I highly recommend the LHR it's just the best.

   Hayley has done my hair for years now, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She is so knowledgeable in what she does and is always learning new techniques! She always listens to ideas I want for my hair and gives the best advice for it. I love my hair every time! The whole salon is gorgeous, clean and fresh. All the girls work so hard for their clients!
