I am always a bit nervous about visiting the hairdresser, especially new (to me) ones but Simon put me at ease from the outset. During the consultation he listened to everything I said and as a result asked important questions too. I am really pleased with my cut and will be heading back. Highly recommend.

I have been following Simon Alexander Hairdressers on Instagram for a few years and was always blown away by the pictures posted. I finally got up the courage to book an appointment to have a mesh integration systems put in. I am so so happy I did and slightly annoyed that I waited so long. The consultation was fantastic, Simon talked through everything that would be included, how it would work, what materials they would use as well as answered any random question I could think of. The girls who were working were lovely as well and made me feel at ease. For the actually appointment, I was really nervous but as soon as I walked in and sat down, Simon and the girls really calmed me down. Again everything was talked through and they showed me the beautiful hair. It was the perfect colour and matched my original tone. Everything that was going on Simon talked me through so I felt like I was properly part of what was happening. Also, I have a medical condition so every hour I had a small break which was amazing. Its now been 3 weeks since I have had the mesh integration system put in and its amazing, my confidence is coming back, I have had so so many compliments! I finally bought hair bands for the first time in 20+ years and I can finally style and wear my hair like other girls. Honestly, if your thinking about it and your not sure, just go for it. Anything that you are worried about please just call the shop. I am so happy with my new hair! Thanks Simon and the girls! :) xx
