   Excellent service every time I've visited this salon. I have a manicure and pedicure each time with biab fingernails. Lovely friendly staff, really nice cup of coffee and fabulous back massage with the pedicure. A real treat to myself, a massive variety of colours and i choose a different colour each time! This time I'd lost a couple of nails on a cycling adventure across India but they were very quickly and expertly sorted out. Great salon, very well worth a visit.

   I went today for the first time and it was the best experience i’ve ever had in a nail shop. They provided tea and coffee which i’ve never been asked before which was lovely, and were very chatty and welcoming. Love the nails and great price! Thank you I will be back

   Poor service I wouldn’t bother, went in with my mum who had explained we hadn’t booked as we had been ringing all morning and had no answer, to find out they had turned the phone off. I had waited an hour and my mum started to get her nails done, and as I was still waiting another lady had arrived who also hadn’t booked an appointment. After waiting so long the lady who come in after me had been told to take a seat and I explained I had been waiting longer and it was my turn next she then told me that they where fully booked and that I need to make an appointment, no one had even acknowledged I was there and then when it should have come to my turn I was turned away, it seems that they prioritise their regulars with appointments or not!

   It was my first visit, I went to do acrylic nail , the price was okay but the nail finishing weren’t done nicely in the end, they don’t recommend for shapes and arts . Terrible

   It was good before and last few times I was not happy at all . They don’t clean nails from inside and the old skin and even the acrylic starts going up after a week. Last time I had French nails , when I came back home , they are all ruined and each nail is different from others , they are no clean as well . I asked them back to clean them , the lady who is the owner was not helpful at all and rude , I told her that I have two different colours of the acrylic and I am not happy but she ignored me and started talking with others at her language. I was really upset . I would never go there again .

   Had my eye lashes done by sherry and went back to say she done them wrong and she blanked me shouted at me and am left with sore eyes and no eye lashes. She knows she done them wrong but she ignored me and seen another customer..the girls who do the nails are brilliant it's just the tlgirl who does eyelashes is not OK. Monday am reporting her to trading standards..my research on these eyelashes I can tel she's done them quick and it was painful when apparently there not supposed to hurt at all.
