   Checked in to Woodlands last Friday for a facial - the one I had was a Prescription Facial with enzyme peel upgrade. It’s the first time for me and I was not disappointed. Treatment was fab, my skin feels so fresh and clean. The atmosphere was perfect and Danielle was very professional and friendly, would highly recommend, so much so, I will be making this my monthly treat for myself .

   Always go to the Baltic triangle for any treatments and I can honestly say I have always had a brilliant experience,from professional staff to relaxing atmosphere. Always feel so welcome, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my lashes now and neither would my mum. Highly recommend!

   After a busy working summer me and my skin were in need of some TLC. I rang the clinic and was advised try a Detox Facial and Shoulder Massage. Wow....such a lovely experience. I left feeling totally relaxed and my skin revitalised. Thank you to the amazing staff at Woodlands - I will be back for more.

   I never write reviews but PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE GOING TO THIS CLINIC. I booked as a model for 3 areas of botox at a charge of £150 which I thought was a bargain as I usually pay £280 at my regular lady in Rodney Street. As Woodlands is right by my house,I decided to give them a try as it would be a lot easier for me to get my treatments there. How wrong I was. First appointment they were running half an hour late. I went for my initial appointment as a model and was injected by one of the people learning that day who was a really nice gentleman and I had a great chat with him. The botox did make a difference at first and I came back 2 weeks later for my top up. As i still had movement more was injected and i left. After 2 weeks(the setting in time for botox) I still had a lot of movement compared to the previous 8 times i had had the treatment at my usual lady. I made a call and explained this and said one side was stronger than the other and i would rather have none at all than have it not done completely. After 2 appointments this should have been correct but i found myself having to visit Woodlands for a third time. Again I waited 40 minutes after my appointment time and when I asked the lady at reception if she had any idea how late this would be she said she didn't know. I pressed for a guide and a rough estimate at how late this was ru ning and she reluctantly and quite abruptly gave me a rough guide. I then went into the treatment room and spoke to the lady who teaches the students and also administers the botox and told her I was not happy with the movement and I didn't want any movement at all. I felt like I was doing something wrong saying I was unhappy and I was told my eyes needed no more and she would put a bit in my forehead. Just as she was about to inject my forhead she said "the area you want injecting can cause a dropped eye brow" to which I replied " I have had this done 8 times and asked for the same thing and I have never had a dropped brow before" to which she replied "you'll be ok". It feels like there is a money saving agenda and that as you are getting it cheap you should be happy. That's how I felt. The worst however is yet to come. As the lady had the syringe in my head the same lady from reception barged in to the treatment room,while I was being injected! Holding an iPad she said " this is HER before picture" I looked up in horror and said oh did you dig those out" again talking about me like I was not there and in the middle of me having I injections she said "She said in her notes it was worse than when she started " In the middle of my treatment I had to then sit up and explain and defend myself! I explained that I had not said that at all and corrected the statement. I said to the lady who was Injecting me that I felt that was really abrupt and she just laughed. Horrified and my botox is still not correct after 3 calls and 3 appointments. DONT USE THIS SERVICE IT IS NOT WORTH THE DISCOUNT YOU WILL REALISE THIS VERY QUICKLY.
