Just out of my latest colour cut and blowdry appointment with Vicky and when I say she's a magician I mean it!!! Fabulous service today and everytime, from Vicky, Lisa and Debbie, some of the only women I trust with my hair ❤️
I visited this salon to have my hair and make up done for my granddaughters wedding, a very special occassion. The girls are very nice and friendly so I felt comfortable. However 1 hour after leaving the salon my hairstyle started to fall out. I messaged the salon and received an apology later on in the day. My reason for this review is that after speaking to other guests, at the wedding, who had been to other local salons for the same treatments I found out that I had paid a fair bit more than them. £70 for make up, and hair up in a bun.
I only go to Vicky to get my hair done. She is an expert and nails it every single time!!
Don't know anyone who does colour like Vicky at Serenity she's a wizard ☺☺☺
