   Great experience from start to finish with Mr Clutch - my car broke down (the clutch just went completely while on my way to work), and I was towed to Mr Clutch after a recommendation from family. Mark was wonderful, friendly, clear and helpful and ran me through everything I needed to know; communicated and contacted me at the first instance when things changed/things were ready, and the new clutch was installed and ready for me to pick up in less than 24hrs after the breakdown. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

   I had my Clutch, and slave cylinder due to be changed at Mr Clutch, back in November 2022. Firstly they ended up changing the wrong part, (Master Cylinder), which I had already changed earlier in the year, June 2022. There was no reason for them to do this as there was a quote on the system with what I had asked to be changed. They then changed the correct part and damaged other parts in the car, so much so it took them nearly 5 weeks to return my car to me, waiting for parts and then giving me silly excuses like there’s no one to work on the car. When I finally got my car back, it wasn’t the same as before. To start my car now we had to push the brake and the clutch! Before it was just the clutch. The car would accelerate on its own, and wouldn’t start first time. The garages excuse was that pressing the brake and clutch was a new safety feature, and they had double checked this with Ford numerous times. We then went to a Ford Dealership and got a proper diagnostics test done. There was a fault within the Master Cylinder. We once again had to get this changed, and then the car was back to normal. Going against everything that the garage had told me, that the car is meant to be like that. The customer service as well, so patronising, and rude. Took my car there in November 2022, and only just got it sorted. Absolutely ridiculous. I would avoid!

   I have left my car for check and repair on Saturday (5 Nov 2022). They told me would give me a quotation on Monday (7 Nov 2022). However, on Monday I did not received any call from the them. I went to the shop, and they told me will call me back on Wednesday (9 Nov 2022), but at the end of the day they still treat me like they don't care. They still did not call me. Not even pick up the call when I ring them a couple of time. I needed my car back. I will go there again today (10 Nov 2022) see if I can get my car back. I feel bad already about this experience.
