   I saw Hannah today who did my treatment and she is always professional and puts you at ease. There is always a nice calming atmosphere at all times when you visit and I would highly recommend this salon if you are not sure.

   If you’re thinking of booking a massage, go somewhere else I booked a “Back, Neck, Shoulder and Scalp Massage” for £45. Since their “Back, Neck, Shoulder Massage” is £30 for 30 minutes, I naturally assumed this one would last 45 minutes, even though the duration wasn’t specified. In reality, the massage lasted only 30 minutes. When we asked about it, we were told it lasts “between 30 and 45 minutes,” which feels very vague for a paid service. On top of that, during the massage, the therapist stopped to loudly say, “Alexa, play some relaxing music,” which completely broke the relaxing atmosphere. Such a shame, because the massage itself was fine, but for this price I expected more professionalism and transparency. Feel robbed.

   I had a dermalogica pro 60 today, done by Samantha, who was amazing. This is one of the best treatments I’ve had (and I’ve had the pro 60 elsewhere before) but Samantha was so thorough and great giving me advice and tips. I’ve rebooked for the new year as I’ve come away feeling that amazing. Thanks so much to urban calm today, just what I needed!

   Was waxed from brow to toe, literally by the lovely Samantha, very professional but friendly and she done an amazing job, actually felt relaxed while being waxed and left feeling lovely and smooth. Fantastic salon and people who work in it are lovely.

   It was the second time I got a massage with Joann and I could not be happier with the experience. She definitely finds the tense areas and knots and works to melt them away. The first time I went I got back home and apart from feeling the relief in muscles and pain (have chronic pain and get quite bad shoulders and neck) basically I slept like a baby for so long (which is something for me as i have sleeping issues) Today I got a full body massage as I've been working out more and felt I needed it and it was again just great, good pressure and relaxing still and she asked about areas to focus on and such which is appreciated. Will have to make it a monthly thing I think!

   Jodie was wonderful. Lash treatments can be uncomfortable because your eyes are closed so long but she explained everything she was doing which made me feel relaxed and safe. My lashes look wonderful, I look forward to my next appointment with Jodie.
