Jess is always so friendly and puts you at ease - my brows have never looked better! She matches the colour perfectly and they last amazingly - couldn’t recommend her more :)
I go every month to get my brows done. Jess is amazing, I highly recommend her but all the girls are lovely! Always professional, my brows look fabulous and we can always talk about books haha

This was just such a lovely experience. My mum was booked in, but due to a cancellation, I was able to have my brows waxed too. Amber was absolutely divine. What a lovely person she is. She was so engaging and so lovely it was a really nice 45mins spent chatting and giggling. He colleague Emma was also really chirpy. They couldn’t be more helpful and I ended up buying some make up too that they helped me with. Well recommended and felt very hygienic.
Absolutely amazing. I have followed Sophie from her previous branch as she is a gifted artist. I have used Benefit Brows for fifteen years, first in LA then continued patronage to here in the UK. I found Benefit to universally be a brand that I can always trust to have competent brow technicians. That said, Sophie is consistently the person I return to time and time again. For context, I work in film so my face is always the focus. I first went to Sophie four years ago in the Liverpool Boots branch for a 1960s look; she researched the specific styles and gave me authentic brows which the HMUA team on ‘The Crown’ were v happy with. I’m now moving to Bath and will ensure to return as regularly as possible. She’s informative, kind, explains processes intricately, works quickly, and always tells me about the latest offers. Keenly she is a fun person and always fits me in when I fly in panicked with gorilla’s fingers for brows. I walk in there feeling like Stig of the Dump, and out feeling like a darling of the screen.
