Never ever again will I go to this place, 50 pound I paid to have the worst eyelashes cemented onto my eyes, glue in my eyes and no prep beforehand, she even did it with my eyes open!!! DO NOT USE THIS SHOP they are the worst ever. Now spent 2 hours with petroleum jelly removing the mess she made
Me my gf her daughter went here today so my gf daughter cud get her lashes done today and they did one eye they looked awful and had to be removed think next time we will go elsewhere
Never going back I don’t know who the woman was but she messed up my eyebrows so badly and gave me a massive gap in them. 0/10 service, when I told her she messed them up she said I should’ve told her before when I specifically said I only wanted a clean up and not to touch the shape. Most horrible experience ever, I feel so depressed and my confidence has completely gone. Will never spend my money here again.
Got my eye brows threaded came home my daughter looked. And told me their awful 1 thicker than the other. Hairs everywhere. Rang up got told to go back today or tomorrow would cost more. So having to go and pay again somewhere else wouldn't recommend at all
This place should be closed and send all the staff members for training including the managers! I went to get my eyelashes done and it was the worst experience ever, I had the glue, eyelash tray on my chest and sellotape stuck on my forehead, in the other hand the girls were talking in my ear laughing in their own language and not in English. I thought this was just not professional. In three days half of the lashes had fallen off, bare in mind these were individual lashes which costed £50, I went back in and another lady did my lashes and could tell she didn’t even want to.. I thought to my self why do you even do this job.. if you aren’t going to do it properly..? This lady was even more unprofessional she put glue in my eye and the manager thought it was a good idea to pick a paper and started waving it on my eye. My eyes were stinging. Even at that second attempt my lashes were not done properly the other eye had more lashes than the other but the lady argued that everything was fine until one of her colleague agreed with me and asked her to add more lashes on the other eye, came back home and the next day the lashes had fallen off again… ugh I wish I had read reviews before hand
Pari did my nails and she did an amazing job. I am very picky about cleanness of the application of the acrylic nails with shellac and she was bang on my expectation. the place is pricy but I love the customer service experience. she event suggested the colour for my nails as I was dead confuse..... love it and will definitely go back for nails
Service all together is amazing never have to wait and carried out really well. All staff are very friendly and listen well to what you ask for. Mariya did my eyebrows and eyelashes today and it’s exactly if not more better than what I asked for and I always leave her feeling super happy! Will defiantly be returning.
I went to the salon a week ago to get my nails done for my birthday. I personally thought it would be a waste of time as whenever I have had my nails done I always regretted it straight after as admittedly i am very picky etc, so it has never been to the standard I wanted it. I went to this salon and the woman who did my nails, her name was Pari, she was brilliant. She was patient with how I wanted them to be done and did an amazing job, I got so many compliments! Will 100% be back, I highly recommend.
Booked appointment Monday for 3.15 today. When I got there I was told to wait half an hour because the girl was doing a full set of acrylics and she didn't no I had an appointment also... staff are lovely and had really high hopes for this salon as it's really pricey! I would normally pay £15 for shellac and I paid £20.. the girl was lovely but I felt like my nails were rushed and she didn't do my cuticles properly leaving them looking a bit messy and one nail is chipping already. Lovely friendly staff though but won't be coming back plus I've had negative comments on them that put me down.
