   What a bunch of shysters. Only when I got home and checked the pressures (done wrong) did I realise they'd fitted tyres manufactured a year and a half ago. My complaints to the branch, their area manager and customer services all fell on deaf ears. As this car does not do significant miles, they are replaced when cracking starts (7 years on the prior pair of Hankooks) I have now lost over 20% of their useful life. The warranty is a con, when you check the small print you have to have them inspected 8 times for the warranty to be valid (and I very much doubt any claim will be honoured). The previous month I'd had an identical pair of Hankooks fitted elsewhere that had a 2025 manufacture date so their claim it was part of Hankooks stock rotation was bogus. I strongly suspect they're buying old stock at a discount and passing them off as new at full price. Steer clear of this lot.

   Had 2 front tyres fitted and tracking done today. Absolute professionals! Job took a little longer than expected, but it happens. The boys were very busy and it’s not their fault, delays happen. I want to give a special mention to Ty, excellent service, explained the job throughout, very polite the whole way through. Also thank you to Cameron and Jason, even though they were dealing with other customers, they constantly apologised for the wait and kept me updated. I would definitely bring my cars back here, can’t recommend them enough! They actually care about the job they’re doing, and don’t rush it like other places do.

   We used Just Tyres Epsom as this is the closed branch of theirs in London. Unfortunately it takes us over two hours there and back. They provided quick and good job. Two rears tyres took them properly less than 20mins. We went to nearby Sainsbury’s and did a bit shopping and came back and all done parked outside. Receipt left in the dashboard and with the receipt. Staff are friendly. Recommended to all.

   Two rear tyres had perished, Chris the Sales Advisor, suggested a set of 4 Sportrak tyres SP716, sizes 165. Including fitting balancing and two wheel tracking £280. Lifetime warranty on the tyres and checkups every six months, for tyre condition. Recommend Just tyres to everyone for a friendly and professional service.

   Really great and friendly service here a the Epsom Branch. Ryan and the team are evidently rushed off their feet all day long keeping customers (and potential customers) happy. You can really tell Ryan's and the rest of the team's dedication to what they do, as they know their stuff and deliver a top-notch service. The team are really spot on. I booked my tyres online, turned up to have them fitted, and fitted with care they were. Keep up the good work!
