Booked a 12 noon slot for brow wax and tint and recommend “hybrid” lashes. Told to take £40 cash. Arrived and was told they weren’t doing lashes (?) and had a 20 min wait for wax to heat. Other staff member fussed over the fact the girl dealing with me hand not finished her lunch. Never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I might be over 50 L, but still like my beauty treatment? Left wanting the ground to swallow me up having decided my custom was not welcome. Never again!

These beds must have super power 6 mins and im burnt, my mum is the same an she is thicked skinned. Used twice an already see the colour. Best sunbeds ive used
