Had my hair done today by Mandy and she is amazing. My hair feels healthier and lighter. I am so happy with my new hair and I will definitely be going back in a few weeks for another cut. I feel much more confident now with my new hair cut. Thank you Mandy!

Just had my hair done by Mandy, she's absolutely brilliant. I showed a reference photo for how I wanted my hair to be cut short in a shaggy layer style and she knew exactly what to do and how to do it. A young pretty blonde girl did my hair last week and it’s absolutely awful. I could tell as soon as I sat in the chair how inexperienced she was. The cut is absolutely awful and to fix it, I’m going to have to get about 5 inches off my hair. I didn’t realise how bad it was in the salon because she curled it but when I got home and washed it, my mum showed me the back of it and it’s disgraceful. Such a shame because people were walking out with some lovely haircuts but my experience was dreadful.
Saw Sarah in the Barbers yesterday.. Always a lovely cut and has such a special way with my son F who has sensory issues.. He is so comfortable getting his hair cut now.. She's an asset to Hairlucinations..Thanks Again :)
Lovely except the new girl with pretty blonde curled hair, she's young and pretty but she has no people skills, please train her. The more experienced staff was amazing with Emily's hair and she does have a lot of hair, it took 2 girls to dry her hair but she had fun. Thank you .
