   Really bad decision going here. Unprofessional work with curly hair on how to deal with giving a service in coloring and blow-drying and cutting it. I had two bad experiences at this salon a wrong hair color and a blowout asked twice to fix it for me and they totally did because the service was awful. And still even if going on it I had a bad correction!! I have lost so many hair they damaged my hair A LOT. To me no refund or correction would give me back happiness with the service they gave with losing my hair. This salon is really disappointing. Very bad. If I could give less than a star I would

   The hair colour experience in itself was alright and I had a great result. The reason I haven't given a 5 star review is hygiene. The hairdresser brought a comb to style my hair and I refused before it touched my head because it was full of previous customers hair and it obviously hasn't been cleaned! As a doctor myself I know for certain a lot of skin/scalp infections and lice can be transmitted using common combs and I feel like hairdressers need to clean the hair out of the comb before using it on another customer!! Not sure if anyone else has had the same experience..

   Had my haircut today by Chelsea, was slightly nervous after not having it cut in nearly two years. She really listened to what I wanted and offered great advice as to what would look good with my hair type. Really happy with the results, would recommend to everyone!

   Always had a haircut I'm happy with here. I have curly hair and so choose salons quite carefully! the staff have been kind and accommodating. Rob cut my hair today and I'm very pleased with the result! They also do a kind NHS discount. Would definitely recommend.

   Stylist was rushing to get things done, regretfully, it took a tool on the service. First of all, the experience was very painful, stylist wasn't gentle at all. Dry brushing my curly hair damaged them a lot. Even the wash hurt and I am convinced no conditioner was used as the hair felt terrible. I asked for very basic cut - trimming, just a bit of layers and shorter front. I don't know where the layers went but I can't see them really, framing (front) is crooked and looks really, really bad. It will require either amendment or constant styling to hide the flaw. Not once during the cut I was asked if I like the length and the overall look. I was only asked once when my hair was dried and 'styled'. When I say what I didn't like and I saw the way my hair are being cut again (reminder: dry hair with a lot of styling products on it), I couldn't bear it so I said it's fine and asked to leave it as I didn't want the stylist to continue the cut. I think the styling was done extremely poorly and such service shouldn't have place in professional salon. Somehow my hair are as damaged as they never been before. After appointment they are super dry, I couldn't get rid of the products used for styling and my endings are more damaged that they were. Maybe if the stylist didn't rush that much and take time to do the job decently my review would be different.

   I recently went in for a haircut & blow dry with Chelsea and I loved the end result! Chelsea was so nice, listened to all my needs, and delivered exactly what I wanted. Harry finished it off with the best voluminous blow dry I've ever received. I would highly recommend this salon to everyone! Their service is amazing for such a great price.

   I'd never been here before but Lucy squeezed me in and was so, so genuinely excited about cutting my hair and making me feel good! She's really friendly and could chat to her for hours. I only wish I'd had more time to get a colour done and some tighter wand curls but was in a rush to get back to work. It's clear she loves her job and wants clients to feel and look the best.    I had my hair cut by Lucy and she was amazing! I absolutely love my hair and she took so much time styling it beautifully whilst putting a lot of effort into finding out what I like and putting me at ease. I’ll definitely be back for my next cut. Salon is lovely spacious and calm very zen place to be and very central!
