Absolutely awful experience at Banyan Spinningfields. Our group of 11 barely received four drinks each during a bottomless brunch, and staff were rude and dismissive throughout. Our booking was at 12:45pm and food didn’t arrive until 1:40pm, despite everything being preordered and paid for in advance. To make things worse, my partner’s meal didn’t arrive at all until we chased it — only then did staff apologise for forgetting it. No apology, no compensation, and we were even refused a final drink. The food was terrible – my steak melt (which cost extra) was rock hard and genuinely inedible. For the price they charge, the service and quality were shocking. The extra £7.50 for “premium cocktails” is a joke when you barely get served. This was meant to be a birthday celebration and it was completely ruined. We won’t be returning, and I’d strongly advise others to avoid wasting their money here.

Misleading advertising. Bottomless Sunday roast that isn’t. Service was brilliant. Bar service great. Advertised unlimited potatoes and Yorkshire. No refills potatoes - run out. But no one could go supermarket ? Then asked for 7 Yorkshire puddings refills all came out burnt. So if ur going for unlimited potatoes like we did. even cancelling going to flat iron restaurant so could do the bottomless roast. Ask when you sit down how stock levels are. Also order the extras at the beginning as pauses between refills. Very very disappointed. And only 3 other tables were in there.

Very busy and very noisy so if you don't like crowds don't visit. Food was incredible, service was very slow because of how busy they were, but we were willing to wait.

Went for Bottomless Brunch at 2pm on a Friday and the food and service by Georgia was excellent! Friendly and attentive and very happy to serve our table. Gave atmosphere 4 as it was quiet when we went and I must admit I did think it would be busy so can’t really say there was a ‘atmosphere’ but overall it being quiet didn’t spoil our time there.

Went here on Valentine's day and was impressed by the decor and vibe of this place. We were seated on time and the waitress was very attentive - always asking if we needed any more drinks etc, not like at some places where you practically have to stand up and dance to get them to come over! I had the Banyan Platter which was very nice and offered a nice variety of starters, the Mrs had some kind of salad thingy (a bowl I think it's called) which she said was nice, but did mention that it was a touch on the cold side. For dessert I had the sticky toffee pudding with custard which was really nice and I'd definitely recommend that! The Mrs has a chocolate orange brownie which also tasted really nice, the prices were reasonable too which is always good. Cocktails from here were also very nice and the 2 for 1 option is an added bonus - well worth it! I'd definitely recommend this restaurant, wasn't too busy when we went either and they were playing actual good songs!

Visited on Saturday afternoon. We had a private buffet in a downstairs room. Only 12 guests - it was an excellent spread and promptly served by a courteous waitress. The food was delicious (chicken, smoked salmon, burgers and more. The chips were the best I've tasted for ages. Well done Staff!

2-4-1 Cocktails is a must. We went for dinner on Saturday and booked online to ensure we had a table, this was really easy to do. After arriving shortly after 5pm we were greeted on the door by a bouncer, who showed us in to the hostess- she then guided us to our table. Banyan, being Banyan has a 90's- early 00's vibe with classic hits and a great atmosphere. Seated down from us was a hen-party of what must have been a group of 20 who turned up, to say the least! At first it was a slightly confusing experience as we weren't "assigned" a waiter/waitress. Upon collaring one, I asked whether we were to order at the bar or if we were waited upon. I was told, either or... Okay. I ended up ordering at the bar, and after a short while drinks and some lovely food was served. We must have been there for the best part of 2 hours and it was pleasant to say the least. A great night out starter, and from previous experience, night out end too.

We came in and were seated at dirty table. Not a great start. Then we had wait a further 30 minutes until we could order, once we ordered the food came out relatively quick. However, the quality of the food was terrible. We ordered 3 schnitzels, all of which were burnt! One a lot more than the other two. Once we were eventually able to flag down a waiter and told him the problem he snatched the plate off the table without saying a word and walked off with it. We had to ask another waiter what was happening with our food. A new plate was brought out 15 minutes later after two of us had finished eating. Even then the new one that was brought out was not the best quality for the price of what we paid. Overall, the waiters were rude and unfriendly, and the food quality and overall service were atrocious. I’d highly recommend that you train your floor staff in manner and how to address complaints regarding the food. The only redeeming feature of the visit were the bar staff (very friendly and good at what they do) and the drinks that they made!

Had a fab time. Did bottomless brunch and the service was superb!!! Drinks kept coming faster than we could have them! Would absolutely return. Great energy, bustling & instagrammable venue.
