I had a fantastic experience at the Summit Inn. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service is consistently top-notch. A special shoutout to Lewis behind the barβheβs exceptionally friendly, attentive, and pours a top pint. His personable approach really adds to the overall experience. Highly recommend stopping by!

Chose to visit this pub for a meal as it looked lovely and was dog friendly. On arrival there were plenty of parking spaces in the free car parks which are at the front and side of the building. There's quite a few steps up to the main doors and then a few again just inside up to the bar. But this pub apparently has disabled access but I personally didn't see where If you wanted to sit outside there's lots of seating and at night the warm lighting makes it look really inviting. Some outdoor seating at the side are undercover which is great for those typical British rainy days, they're also wheelchair accessible. Inside there's an area for those with dogs but I was more than happy with my table as it was near the bar. It's a good big pub with lots of seating throughout. I really liked the layout and decor it was big yet felt cozy. There's a pool table, dartboard, tvs for the footy and a couple of fruits machines too. Everything you need to help make a great pub. When it came to ordering food and drink this is where my compliments aren't as complimentary unfortunately. I ordered a pint of lager and a lime & soda which came to Β£6.90! My glass of soda was only 2/3rds full because I asked for no ice so I wasn't impressed about that. The food menu has a good selection of starters mains and desserts and charges the kind of prices most pubs these days charge but there wasn't a good selection of Vegetarian mains options so I had to get three little starters unfortunately. As for ordering, you can either order from your table via an app or at the bar. I opted to go to the bar but I wasn't happy at being asked if I wanted my change! I also wasn't too thrilled when the waitress came to clear the table and informed us for no particular reason that she didn't like dogs! Charming lol! Overall I would definitely recommend a visit as I really liked the pub itself, I'll definitely go again for a drink if I'm in the area (hopefully I'll get a full glass next time haha).

Visited today with my young son and couldn't be happier with the food and the service. I had the gammon which was very juicy, very well cooked and was nice and hot and my son had the lasagna with chips, salad and garlic bread which was very well presented and again, nice and hot. The portions were large and top quality food. Highly recommended. We didn't even have to wait too long. We also wanted to thank Georgia and Aneeka for looking after us, they came to our table on more than one occasion to make sure we were happy and if we wanted anything else. Assets to the team!! We will definitely be returning very soon. Thank you so much. Very enjoyable. Keep up the good work x

Went here for the first time yesterday. We had booked a table but the table / seats were very uncomfortable and the table was quite low so we asked to switch tables and got moved to a very comfy sofa / chair area. The pub itself is quite spacious with outdoor seating and loads of indoor seating as well. The menu consists of many offers each day and the food was very nice. We had burgers and the chicken burger was extremely crispy. The interior is very beautiful and the staff was also very kind and friendly. We did order a coke and got served Dr Pepper though, however thatβs just a minor issue. Overall I can only recommend going to this pub for a drink or a meal.

The Summit is a great venue, with friendly staff and lots of good food and drink deals. Inside there are gambling machines, a pool table and a dartboard. There is a smartphone quiz every Thursday and Sunday at the venue that is free to play and lots of fun. It's bogof on burgers on Thursday and meal deals are available on Sundays
