   This visit was disappointing due to the way a reasonable concern was handled. While the issue itself was minor, the interaction with staff — particularly management — came across as rushed, dismissive, and lacking basic courtesy. The tone suggested irritation and fatigue rather than a willingness to listen or resolve the matter. Regardless of workload or pressure, this is not how customers should be spoken to, and it created an uncomfortable experience that could have been easily avoided. If staff are overextended, that is ultimately a management issue — but it should not translate into poor or discourteous customer interactions. I would encourage a review of service standards and support for frontline staff.

   My son & I came here twice, once for breakfast and once just for drinks one afternoon. On both occasions the place was very full but we still got a table. The full English breakfast was delicious & I made use of the free refills of coffee. Fortunately the toilets were on the ground floor. I was served at the bar by a chatty New Zealander who was quick, efficient and very friendly. As usual the food and drinks were very reasonably priced. All good if you can stand the crowds and the noise here.

   Came here for dessert whilst exploring the city. It was Friday lunchtime so very busy but got a seat. There's the normal great Wetherspoons menu with something for everyone. I had the fresh fruit and icecream which was a huge serving. Very fresh and tasty. Service was pretty quick and great prices.

   Very busy on Sundays noon to 1. Great staff. Loud place at this time. Lots of small groups. I love Wetherspoons because it is consistently great. Delicious vegan food. Free get your own refills on hot drinks. Oat milk. Sweetener. Disabled bathrooms on ground floor. Ladies bathrooms are down long carpeted staircase with huge map of Piccadilly on wall. Staff super.

   A wide spaced pub where you can eat and drink cheap, specially during the afternoon time (I've got a big plate of fish & chips and a pint under 10£). You have to order and pay for it through a QR code on the menu, so the waiters aren't interactive to you at all, bus I guess that's how this pub works. Overall it's a nice budget place to dine.

   Wetherspoons Piccadilly what can you say, same menu same plates same formula but I have never seen slot machines in one before. For a change I passed on the fish and chips and went for the all day brunch which soon arrived and was better than I expected everything was well cooked I may try it again. Staff were friendly

   By suggestion of a friend who lives there, I've been here every morning to have breakfast during the days I spent in Manchester. Excellent quality at a very affordable price. Traditional breakfast is so good and if you take a cappuccino (or a hot beverage) you can refill it how many times you prefer. Thank you, Wetherspoons

   Lovely English hangout!!! Franchise all over the UK that provide great restaurant vibe. This particular outlet is a Lovely place to get fast food in the Manchester City Centre. It maintains the same quality as other Franchises all over the country. I especially enjoyed the fish and chips which is a Legendary traditional English dinner/meal. I had a lovely time hanging out with friend here the last time I visited Manchester. I hope to be here when next I'm in Manchester.
