It was a very nice experience. The professional is very kind and understands the challenges you face with kindness explains what things need to be fixed and lets you freely decide the options you don’t feel pushed to decide whatever for financial benefit . They are kind and very supportive .
Hair story is a lovely little salon! the girls are so lovely and welcoming and make you feel so comfortable! even though it’s a sensitive time in your life they make you feel so at ease, i would deffo recommend it to any of my friends that find themselves in my position!

Jackie is incredible, kind, talented and genuinely cares❤️ I first came in struggling with hair loss and she helped me find the right extensions that gave me my confidence back. I felt so supported from the very beginning. She also made sure my hair looked absolutely perfect for my wedding, I couldn’t have been happier. I love my time at Hair Story. The whole experience from getting there and being greeted, the constant relaxed atmosphere, the chatting with Jacqueline to make sure you are getting exactly what you want, and last but not least walking away with wonderful hair and a relaxed feeling all over! Jacqueline is wonderful at what she does and has great understanding when I'm trying to explain what I envision (which I really struggle with) Jacqueline's knowledge and understanding of the life impacts of hair loss is evident in how she manages her salon. Jacqueline supports her clients with private appointments for those unfortunately suffering hair loss, to easy the discomfort and has a passion to help everyone. I honestly didn’t know what to expect, my confidence had gone along with a big patch of my hair. Jackie changed all of that from the minute I walked through the door. The appointment was extremely private and not what I expected, I shed a few tears and Jackie put me at ease straight away. This fantastic lady has succeeded to astonish me by building my confidence and giving me the hope I desperately needed. She has changed my life within 1 hour of meeting her. Toppers became a part of my life about 12 months ago, my first wasn't dark enough at the root and I spent a long time trying to find someone I couid trust to colour her for me. Well Hair Story did not let me down. I'm normally a person who is never instantly happy with their hair and has to grow to like it. Well not now, I loved the colour added to my topper instantly. The service was 2nd to none and I was made to feel very welcome. I no longer have to worry about who I will get to look after my toppers, I will be going to Hair Story every time. Thank you xx
I have always had very thick hair but now with ageing my hair has gone very thin and fine. Before arriving at Hairstory I was a little apprehensive and nervous as I was unsure what to expect. On arrival I met with Jacqueline who immediately set me at ease as she fully explained the process she would follow to gain an understanding of my concerns with my hair. Jacqueline was very considerate and calming whilst at the same time very professional in her approach. She recommended an action plan for me to follow with regards to treatments for my hair.
