If you're thinking of going to the MIU then honestly don't bother. The nurse who treated me was extremely rude and dismissive. Just kept repeating "we are not doctor's" well what use are you then?! I was given a totally inadequate dressing on an open, deep wound. It lasted one night and fell off. Disappointing doesn't come close.

Came for an xray after being assaulted, pushed over and kicked, falling on my wrist,to be told by a nurse with an unpleasant attitude that the xray machine was switched off? This was well before 6pm yesterday...so had to go to the Alex and waited 12 hour's for an xray...double fracture!!...please explain why we were told we couldn't have the xray with yourselves.

Strapped and Dressed finger then gave us lots of advice about aftercare . Will never go back to Princess of wales minor injuries after today - v poor

I was admitted to Licky Ward after two weeks in Worcester having several fractures to pelvis and knee. The care I got was second to non. Kind and caring dedicated staff Physio therapist were out standing. I can't fault any staff on the ward, the catering team were so friendly. Without a doubt it's a brilliant hospital!

Penny Harrison is an absolute credit to the hospital. I can't thank her enough for taking the time she did to help and to listen to me today after almost 6 months of no/little help from other departments elsewhere.

Would have been 5 stars but for the rude cynical woman on reception. (Ginger Syndrome possibly). Darren was a very nice man and cleaned up and dressed my wound perfectly. Was in and out in no time.

I had a very pleasant experience at the minor injury unit here. From the reception, the nurse, to the radiologist, everybody is very caring. The unit is clean, tidy and not so busy even on the weekend. I got seen and diagnosed pretty much straight away. Would recommend this MIU for non urgency symptoms. Thank you ever so much everyone at The Princess of Wales MIU for your help!

quick wait time for minor injuries, but the doctor that we had been see too was making rude comments and condescending. no manners what so ever, and assumed we were the ones in the wrong. horrible behaviour from someone who is meant to be caring and professional.

Great disabled parking area right at the main entrance. Electric charge here too. My appointment was 1825 so clearly outpatient longer hours to try to catch up the backlog. Well done to the staff, but they are still forced to work with Covid safety measures. Mask and hand sanitizer are easy and quick for patients. However limiting the appointments to 3 or four an hour in each clinic is perhaps an area that could be reviewed in all the NHS. Hospital cleanliness here is almost beyond reproach, and all the staff I encountered were both very helpful and polite. Also the medical staff seemed competent and knowledgeable. An easy 6/5 from me
