After I had an operation to replace my Knee, I had physiotherapy with Reena. She was fantastic and instrumental in my successful recovery. Her help and advise has been excellent.
I am writing this review on behalf of my husband, who recently had a knee replacement and physio at the hospital. He found the whole experience, from hospital admission to the physio discharge yesterday, to be stress-free and as pleasant as possible, considering it was a major operation. All the staff were professional and helpful, especially Lucy the physio, whose advice was invaluable and helped with his speedy recovery. His other knee replacement is booked for later in the year and he has no concerns about this.
Recently underwent hand surgery (Dupuytren's Fasciectomy) in May, after being be referred to The Droitwich Spa Hospital. Surgery was done by Mr Gella and went without problems. I was discharged the same day. The results are great with restoration of full hand function & movement with no residual after effects. I have nothing but praise for Mr Gella who was courteous and informative throughout. My experience as a whole at the Hospital was excellent.
Have been extremely well supported by the physio team post knee replacement. Set exercises that changed over time to ensure rehab progress was maintained. I am not finished but thus far (ca7 months) I am better substantially than pre-op and even on par with where I was 2-3 years ago with my leg mobility
Excellent care and service from the girls in the imaging/ radiology department. Have already returned for additional MRI's and would recommend this department to anybody needing professional and friendly treatment.
MRI and several meetings with Dr Gulati, Orthopadic surgeon. Professional, caring and quick responses. I feel listened to and I also saw other patients being treated with the utmost respect. All interactions very positive and the staff seemed dedicated. The cleanliness on-site is also top notch.
My Wife has just had a Total Knee Replacement care at this hospital can be described with one word..Outstanding...
