My friend was bitten over and is suffering skin irritation. This is due to bed bugs and dirty unhygienic conditions in the womens Eden PICU. It's not cleaned often enough and to a high standard. It really is not good enough.
Absolute joke! To anyone who is struggling with their mental health, do not go here! My mom was last told just to go out for a walk! She has been waiting months for her next appointment. Staff talk to you like your a 5 year old. Reception staff are rude and they put the phone down on you!
The majority of the staff are great, nonetheless there’s a few which are rude. The consultant does not let you speak during appointments, certain weeks he will simply not see you creating symptoms by forcing you to take medication without offering alternative treatment .

I wouldn’t even give one to this place, I’m absolutely disgusted how they treat patients and consultant koli omg please avoid at all measures or speak to a legal representative as this man does not know how to talk to patients family. My sister is at this place and has had a relapse, and the process and plan has been terrible from before so moving forward I shared my frustration on how the system has let me down and he ends up shouting at me. Who on earth talks to family in that manner where is the professionalism and duty of care for patient and family. Terrible place and support is lacking, I would say staff and consultant need to take a good look at themselves and what they are supposed to do. Patients are vulnerable and screaming for help if you want to shout at families maybe you need a ward yourself. Terrible place. My brother was here months. Staff do nothing but sit around and do as little as possible for the patients and can speak little English. These places need to be managed properly. I'm appalled by the system.
Absolutely diabolical care no one seems to know what they are doing or communicating with each other they have little thought with relatives or patients when we are trying to sort out the problems they have caused regarding medication They make home appointmentsale and don't turn up or phone to say why I'm doing my best to support my mentally son and end up hitting a brick wall and stressed out myself I'm not the only one dealing with these problems
