   Couldn't have asked for more: good advice in store, went back to purchase once we'd measured up at home. Steve Brown served us, made it really easy and rang a few days later to price match when it was reduced in the sales. Booked in a convenient delivery date then got chance to bring this forward, hence our new sofa arrived less than 3 weeks after purchase. Two delivery men were really efficient and respectful of our property.

   You get all the patter in store I paid for the middle delivery service that's supposed to get the product in the room you want ,the 2 people that brought it refused to even bring it in the house .they were rushing to the next job moaning about how much they had to do .they were awful .me and my husband had to lug a wardrobe and dressing table upstairs ourselves . What a joke firm.

   If i could give it a 0 rating i would. Went out with the family to purchase some new Furniture for a recent house move. Spoke to the Store manager where everything seemed to be OK. Untill he started pushing for us to get more. Pushing for Finance deals. I didnt want finance. I knew what i had come to purchase but that wasnt good enough for him. I had to get more. Got up and left. I refuse to be pushed into buying something or taking finance for something i did not want!

   The sales patter is there with all who work in this store but the aftersales is pathetic. When I ordered I was TOLD a date of delivery only for this to be cancelled due to covid (really? now?) and problems at the ports. You don't get told that everything is made in Vietnam. Furniture has eventually arrived..the wardrobe with a dent in it. Keep away from this Company. I will in the future.

   Marcus and Janet have been exceptional in their service. Marcus did not hassle when I was looking on store, provided helpful advice and very efficient service. Janet assisted when I needed to change delivery dates. Such an easy experience shopping here for new bedroom furniture. Highly recommended

   Went into the store to look for a two seater power recliner and was greeted by Linda who was fantastic. She pointed out which sofas with power recliners then left it to us to wonder around and make up her own minds. No pushy sales techniques. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Linda and we bought two sofas as we were impressed with the price and the quality and the customer service given to us by Linda. Thank you very much

   We popped into the store after work, having looked at some items online but I wanted to see what it was really like before buying. We were greeted by Lynda who left us to look around the shop as much as we liked. We changed our mind on the Brooklyn desk I thought I wanted after seeing it in store. It was much bigger that I thought and wouldn’t have suited our more country style house. We spent a long time considering the other collections. We were really drawn to the Parquet style. Thank goodness Lynda was on hand to help me with measurements and ideas once we told her about our living room and office space. She was warm and inviting and clearly very knowledgeable without being a pushy sales person. She showed us all items of the collection and helped us with our decision. She talked us through the delivery times, options and how best to look after our beautiful new furniture once it arrives. She assured us if we wanted to make any changes or add additional items to our order, we could give her a call and she’d sort it all out on the same delivery - no problem. We didn’t enter the shop thinking we’d buy a whole new set of furniture there and then, but we did. Lynda couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful and were so glad we did go in. Really looking forward to our new furniture arriving on our nominating date. Thank you Lynda for your help!
