   My son attended this nursery and overall we had a very positive experience. The staff were great – friendly, caring and genuinely interested in the children’s development. There was a good variety of stimulating activities and well-organised trips, which my son really enjoyed. We always felt he was kept engaged and encouraged to learn and explore.

   Like every mother, I was initially nervous, but the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff in the baby room were exceptional. RJH has grown tremendously, and his confidence and abilities as a 15-month-old are impressive. I really appreciate the fun and educational activities they have at the nursery, and the daily updates ensure that I don't miss out on anything. The management team is excellent and responds quickly to my emails or even during a quick chat.Alice

   My child gets kicked and hit everyday he is in this nursery. My son became unhappy, scared and worried.The manager's response is "this is what boys do"if you are happy for your child to get hit and kicked you know where to go! I removed mine because this is NOT acceptable.

   My kids started here in 2017 and my last left 2023. Overall I found this place fantastic!! Helpful team and management. Friendly, warm and invested staff. Yes there was bumps on the way, but nothing major and always addressed straight off by management. Overall approachable. It was like home from home for my kids. They loved it. Great activities, great food, good structure and encouragement. Building confidence along the way. I couldn't have worked without them and my kids were happy there. That's a huge burden lifted leaving your little ones to go to work. That they are safe and happy. Thank you KPHB!! It's been great. Xx

   Rating based on our viewing last week - We was completely rushed by the Deputy Manager - she spoke too quickly!! Not encouraging at all!! She sounded like an insurance agent who runs through the terms and conditions over the phone (like a robot). I also didn’t like the fact that I had to openly speak in the reception area about any concerns of my child as there was other parents around- it would have been nice to talk about that in an office or private room - just like many other nurseries. The feedback SHE personally requested for me to complete was totally false - in all honesty it should have been rated Poor. Lastly, I would like to mention that she had very bad body odour which isn’t great if she’s meeting parents on a daily basis.

   They are amazing! Warm, considered, smart and very caring ladies. My kid has learned so much since going there and they always make time to talk to the parents. Thank you! Update 19/04/2019 Now, both my children are attending the same nursery and their development is always outstanding. They are following Early Years and make regular assessments. They make time to discuss their days and achievements with us. Also, when I was worried about the speach of my oldest they made sure she has daily fun exercises to enrich her vocabulary. Furthermore, the place is always clean and plenty of time spent outside. Thank you!
