Absolutely fabulous bespoke bed made to our specification, great service throughout from Harris and the team, all the way from helping us pick out everything we wanted to a fast delivery/installation. All at good price too, would definitely recommend!
Absolutely fantastic service and product received from Whitehall beds especially by Haris who dealt with us from start to finish. We went looking for a sofa bed and Haris spent so much time with us going through different catalogues and recommending the highest quality products specific for our needs. He never tried to upsell and nor was there any obligation to buy but once we found the sofabed we were looking for, Haris swiftly arranged urgent delivery for us and we got the sofabed up and running in no time. I will most certainly be going back again once I purchase my new house to buy the rest of the furniture that I require. Thanks Haris
Very stupid and arrogant individuals (boss and employee) both of whom have zero idea of what customer service really is. Unnecessary delays with no communication whatsoever. Bed was eventually delivered (after numerous chase up) with parts missing. Those parts were never replaced and I had to seek for alternative source. Please kindly avoid these thieves who should not be in any form of business.
If I could give a zero star, I would. Very unreliable and unprofessional, we were calling and calling to get our bed delivered. They promised delivery and installation but on the day of delivery, after we called to ask what was happening with our bed, they told us the installation guy was not available. There was no communication from their side. The boss is very rude, he speaks to you like he's doing you a favour and you're not a paying customer. Honestly, if I hadn't paid a deposit already, I would have cancelled my order. On the delivery date, they said they would deliver before 5 pm. There was no call up until 4:45 pm when we called, only for the arrogant boss to tell us there was traffic and that if we want we can pick it up ourselves. The bed is finally delivered, and the boss is not apologetic for all the delays and no installation. He goes on and even says he is not begging for sales and he can take back the bed. I have never had such a rude experience during a purchase, no customer service skills, really terrible. We ask them to help us take the things upstairs and he says they're not insured to do that. So if they were installing it, would they not take it upstairs, so ridiculous. The things were just left outside and we (my husband and I) had to struggle to take the bed, frame, ottoman, mattress, and all upstairs. I would not recommend Whitehall Beds to anyone.
Great service from Whitehall beds. Both myself and my mother in law purchased beds the same week and the deliverys were on time. Very professional guys. Our bed was a struggle to get upstairs but we managed it between us. Quick assembly- down within minutes. Definitely recommend Whitehall beds for the great quality product and the good service.
Bought bed with full length headboard & mattress. Very good quality & excellent service they given me. We was struggling to take that headboard to loft room but they came twice & help to take in loft bedroom. My bedroom looks brilliant. Definitely go back & recommend to others .
