I've had a lovely experience here a few times the young girl was absolutely lovely it's the only place my anxiety will let me go without panicking i felt safe there but today I had an appointment and I innocently missed it and I couldn't be more mortified! My motorbility car broke down leaving me stranded with an autistic child and it's been a nightmare so I've genuinely forgotten my appointments today and I'm very very sorry and I'd of still paid for your time but the lady that phoned me her attitude was AWFUL I understand your frustration but to speak to me like that and ban me from coming again was harsh love and my anxiety is through the roof I did not deserve that. Next time talk to the customer nicely because not everyone is a time waster!!! I'm sorry but there was no need!
