The lady on the front desk Dawn is incredible at her job! She goes above and beyond. My pram wheel broke and I mentioned it to her. She got a bolt and helped fix it for me, customer service to the highest level. She is also very warm and friendly every single time I come to sure start x
The sure start is a god send. I feel so much at ease sending my daughter here knowing she is well taken care of. A special mention goes to Najwa- who my daughter absolutely adores which made settling in much easier. The sure start overall is fantastic with keeping parents up to date of what the children have been up to via an app. I would highly recommend

The health visitors at this centre came to visit me only after I gave birth and they made me feel very awkward. Everything I was doing was apparently wrong, even if my child was always very healthy. I had an amazing experience with everyone from the midwives to the doctor in the hospital. Everyone was amazing! Although, I dreaded the visits of these ladies who used to attend with a very rigid face, no sympathy whatsoever. They seemed to be reading a script, rather than talking to a human. I breastfed for nearly 6 months but definitely not thanks to them, I was about to give up trying but I had a lovely support from my partner.
Fantastic work being done here, over many years, to support local families - the Quids in club is excellent.
Friendly staff, lovely activities and a 5 minute walk from our house. We take our baby there every week and he seems to love it too. My partner's health visitor is based there. Only slight downside is the facilities are not as clean and/or modern as one might expect. Highly recommended!
