It’s 8:22am and work is supposed to start at 8:30am. There’s no one to open the door at the reception. If you need us to wait, at least invest in a bigger roof above the entrance, so we don’t get wet from morning British rain.
Having visited the Balance, on recommendation from a friend, I couldn't believe how almost instantly, the pain I had been experiencing for many months began to lessen. I have had regular visits to Katy over a year and she helps to keep my aches and pains at bay.

I did a forgettable stint at Plusnet years ago. I wasn't there long as the job was awful. But The Balance building was a decent place in itself with good facilities. My eldest daughter works in the building now.
I work at the Balance, for the Internet provider Plusnet. The Balance is a great building, very secure as you need ID to get through almost any door in the building and even better, they serve free food! We are still in our 3rd lockdown and even still, they do their best to provide their workers with free quality food which isn't easy. There is a genuinely friendly atmosphere here that I am very grateful for as I suffer with social anxiety. I would also recommend Plusnet as an employer for anyone trying to get a foot in customer service or sales and it too hard to move up. Also a solid bonus programme.
£6.50 for one hour I got charged, card payments only, no liability if your car get damaged or broken into either
Waited on the phone to make a final payment until my phone ran out of battery (over 1/2 hour) on two occasions. No One Answered. I am Glad that I am Leaving this bunch of timewasters. Utterly useless.
