   Absolutely amazing management company, I dealt with Naomi, Harrison and Caitlin and all three were fantastic. I was new to renting and they set up alerts for a building i was interested in, answered all my questions and were just amazing in general. The flat was in perfect condition and when there was a small issue (not their fault) just after moving in they had it sorted asap. Thank you so much ☺️

   Excellent service and communication from Dayna Stephens and her colleague Sarah at Intus Lettings, Sheffield Great service and communication from Intus Lettings, Sheffield in general and Dayna Stephens in particular in helping me to lease an apartment at Kelham Gate. Special thanks to Sarah, who is my property manager, for dealing with the minor repairs to the property prior to my moving in. I can say without any hesitation that Intus is the best lettings agency I have dealt with in Sheffield. Unlike other Lettings agencies in Sheffield, they are friendly, professional and efficient - their entire process has been nothing short of exceptional. Both Dayna and Sarah represent a great asset to Intus Lettings - anyone seeking to rent a quality property in Sheffield would be most fortunate to have Dayna as his/her lettings agent and Sarah as his/her property manager.

   Much appreciated the staggered email updates. This nudged me towards the pertinent information on the check-in date (where to collect the room key), and the check-out date (where to deposit the room key.) For a weekend away, this was as relaxed a stay as I could hope for. The Intus staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was pristine, and the location ensured that everywhere I needed to be was within a 1 to 3 mile radius. After an oversubscribed journey from Kings Cross to Sheffield, this offered some much appreciated space to decompress.

   Although we didn’t go through the renting process with Intus Letting, we wanted to show our special thanks to the agent Alexander Swistak. He is the most excellent agent we have met during this house hunting period. Looking for an apartment in July and August is an insane task. My partner and I got rejected or ignored countless times, making us feel depressed and anxious all the time. However, Alex was friendly and highly responsive to us. We are happy with his service and hope he has all the best in his career.
