   I rented through this agency for five years, and while things started off fine, the service became increasingly disorganised and unprofessional. I had to chase issues like internet problems for months, and even a broken bed they wouldn’t replace. They also carried out multiple inspections after “losing the photos.” which felt disorganised and frustrating. Overall, the communication and support has really gone downhill, and it no longer feels like they have time for their tenants. When it came to moving out, I was disappointed to see charges taken from my deposit for things that felt unreasonable, such as £40 for a hair-dye bowl. It left me feeling that they will look for any reason to deduct money. Do not recommend.

   Went to view and hopefully acquire a property for my friend ereton and Dan (estate agent) today was absolutely fantastic, really amazed by the service, he was always available for contact and really cared about getting my friend sorted.    Amazing service that I can't recommend enough. After some ongoing issues we were unable to renew the lease on our current property, so FitProperty went above and beyond to help us find a new home for the 23/24 academic year. They took our needs into account (a smaller home, pet friendly, ect) and really delivered. A particular thank you to Shanon, who helped us from start to finish!

   Moved in to one of their properties in July and have been really impressed with their customer service. The move in experience was amazing they handed out drinks and ice lollies as we waited. Few issues when we moved in but expected with such a quick turn around which was explained when we got our keys. Any issues we’ve reported have been dealt with. Would highly recommend

   After accidentally ordering an online parcel to the wrong address, Martin and the team from Fit properties very kindly went out of their way to make sure it found its way back to me - and they even covered the postage. They were unbelievably helpful in a situation where I thought I was completely stuck. Wonderful customer service - faith in humanity restored!

   Trying to get anything simple out of Fit Properties is akin to herding cats. We have been in our new property for two weeks and not a single person has been able to provide consistent or useful aid towards our aerial problem. Despite many phone calls and promises of following up progress, we have heard nothing from them, other than it could take three weeks for our problem to be solved. This, along with their ineptitude with sending off forms correctly, (which in turn has caused other issues elsewhere) has led us to be £100 out of pocket. Not once have I ended a call with them satisfied and content with the service I have received. Fit Properties are kind but useless, and I wouldn't recommend taking out a tenancy with them unless you are prepared to chase a metaphorical carrot on a stick for the foreseeable future.

   This review is honestly coming from my own experience with FitProperty I have never dealt with such a professional, educated, knowledgeable and respectful estate agents. They are always on time when replying to emails to answering repair requests. The staff are beyond incredible with an honorable mention to Martin the Maintenance Manager who really is the best at his job. From student lettings to residential lettings they really have everything you can ask for. Give them a try and you will not regret it. I’m hoping to have them as my agents for most if not all the time that I’m renting until my first bought home.
