The leeds agency is the worst letting agency ive ever had. Wont do anything about other tenants bullying their residents, no professionalism from Shannon. Had to terminate my tenancy early and lost alot of money because they wouldnt do anything about it. Should be ashamed of themselves.

Don’t rent from them. Have had multiple issue while staying at my current accommodation. The property manager Yasmin was out of office for 2 weeks with no alternative person to contact. I tried contacting on multiple occasions about a hot water issue that I had for a while months. After they finally fixed the issue they was no compensation provided for the stress they had put me through.
Leaders property was truly exceptional, their responsiveness, good energy, kindness, honesty was incredible. They were patient even when I had some issues that I couldn’t meet up on schedule with my side of the agreement. Overall, I would strongly recommend leaders property to anyone looking to buy or rent a home, especially if they are first-time homebuyers or renters. My experience with them was really impeccable
Was shown around a set of flats. Stacy was very helpful and later sent me some useful videos of flats that I didn't get to see on that occasion. They then arranged a last-minute follow-up viewing a few days later when I was interested in visiting one of those properly. Again, Stacy was really helpful in showing me round and answering questions, despite the short notice.
Not yet moved in, but had a wonderful experience with Stacy as our negotiator. things moved fast which is ideal, and every time I called the office with insane questions they were nothing but lovely and friendly. will update review throughout rest of the journey
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CRIMINALS. I have been a resident at their beloved Orchard Centre which still fails to achieve a basic fire inspection. They will ever fix a reported fault and all the staff are entirely incompetent - blaming the landlord when they have equal liability. Rebecca Vernon, Georgina Naylor, and Robyn Tunnacliffe are typical estate agents with no skill or training - they will lie through their teeth to get you in, and will lie by e-mail threatening you with debt collection should you refuse to pay. My flat has an expansion vessel which burst open - flooding all flats beneath it. No Sunday answering service at Leaders and emergencies for flooding responded to only by WhatsApp with no quicker engineer callout. The building is riddled with leaks - see the photos of the staircase which they just don't give a s*** about. It is coming from flat 14's shower but they can't even fix that. Parts are missing all over the staircases, the word 's***' written into the walls - don't expect any security from an item delivered here - it WILL be stolen. Flat 16's mailbox was ripped open and a neighbour wrote a note about theft - Leaders don't respond, usually but if they do it is just to lie. Instead the corrupt landlord focuses on the equally dodgy build next door (be careful of the mice) - just look at the picture I put of its draconian patio. 1 washing machine for 17 flats - it is dangerous.. Avoid LEADERS.
