   Very disappointing experience with Blundells Letting Agency. The manager and representatives have been unhelpful throughout my tenancy. When issues with the property were reported, they were slow to respond and often avoided responsibility. Instead of helping, they tried to shift the blame and hide their own mistakes. I expected a professional service, but communication was poor, the property was not properly maintained, and support was almost impossible to get. When I needed assistance to resolve a serious problem, I felt ignored rather than helped. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this branch or its management. I hope they improve their service for future tenants.

   Worst letting agent ever! Sheffield Centro We left the flat 50 days ago and still no deposit returned. My partner cleaned the flat from top to bottom but when I called them I was told “of course there will be deductions” (they said this on the day we gave them the keys back too). We had issues with the landlord letting the lease my partner signed time out. I’ve chased and chased. The office do nothing they don’t chase the Landlord and frankly don’t care. So if your thinking of using them don’t because you won’t get your money back. I personally believe it’s because my partner is a foreign National and they think he doesn’t know the law. I was born in the UK and I do. I’m going to Trading standards now.

   Full of people who trick the clients! Never arranged the viewing with the excuse of covid and hide the all broken tiles in the bathroom until I have been forced blindly to sign and only noticed on moving in. It’s been more than a month moving out and deposit release is hopeless. Can never get hold of the woman from countrywide and she never replies. This is absolutely frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
