   Just had a viewing today and signed a tenancy agreement! Was absolutely blown away by the brilliance of this estate agents!! Not only where the property’s lovely - well kept and beautiful done up/ furnished - making it very hard to choose! But the Landlord was incredibly friendly, he was wonderful explaining everything to us and showing us around and you could just see from his interactions with other tenants and neighbours how genuinely kind and caring he is. Feel so comfortable knowing he will be our landlord next year and feel in incredibly safe hands. Very very approachable and friendly :)

   I rented a property with Jarvis Student Properties during my final year, and it was by far the most seamless renting experience I've had as a student. The house was handed over in excellent condition, and communication with them was always easy and straightforward. They were incredibly welcoming and understanding, and maintenance issues were resolved quickly. Overall, I had a very positive experience renting with them, and I would highly recommend them to other students!!

   My boyfriend and I lived in a 2-bedroom flat managed by Jarvis for two years while finishing our undergraduate degrees and completing our Master’s. The flat was newly refurbished when we moved in, as they had recently bought it. They kept us updated since signing the contract the December before, and let us view it a few times while they renovated. The flat was clean, spacious, well-furnished, and very reasonably priced. Jarvis were always quick to help with any issues. They sorted out our council tax, got our Unihomes package set up, and were on top of any repairs throughout the tenancy. For example, during winter, a storm damaged the blinds in one of the bedrooms, they reassured us straight away and had it fixed within a few weeks, with no cost to us. Their office was just around the corner from our flat, and they were always friendly, saying hello and stopping for a chat whenever we passed by. We felt comfortable speaking to them and we even asked for advice when moving into a non-student rental afterwards. Overall, renting with Jarvis was a really positive experience. They made our final years of university much less stressful, and I’d absolutely recommend them to any student looking for a place. We just wish they offered non-student lets too as we’d have happily stayed with them longer!

   Really great student property landlord! We’ve spent a year with Jarvis and all throughout they have been happy to pick up calls for our questions really quickly. Also provide really good service for fixing things and keeping the garden sorted for use in the summer! The house was really good for the group of us and would recommend the property and company highly to any students in Sheffield. Move in and move out policies and payments for rent have been very accommodating of our needs also.
