   I was a student tenant for 2 years. Annabelle and the rest of the team are really lovely, things were always fixed very promptly, had no issues getting a reference letter when I left and no issues getting my deposit back either. The property was a very good standard. One of the best letting agencies I came across in Sheffield!

   I lived with WH Properties for three years during my studies in Sheffield and I most definitely recommend them! WH Properties is not only very organised, but is also made up of kind, respectful, and helpful workers. They are absolutely brilliant, always responding to maintenance queries and fixing any issues very quickly. The house itself was great quality (so much so that I didn't leave it for the entirety of my studies)! Living with WH Properties definitely made my time in Sheffield more stress-free and enjoyable - I genuinely couldn't recommend them more! :)

   WH properties were so fantastic as landlords it took me 5 years post grad to find the same level of helpfulness, quality of property and professionalism. I still miss how lovely our flat was! Things were always fixed quickly, communication was easy and Lisa and Lyndsey are just really good people which often isn’t the case with student landlords. Couldn’t recommend WH more!

   Everyone I talked to was lovely. Properties are spacious and in very good locations. They have responded to every email incredibly quickly, even when they are busy. If I had any issues or questions, I would often get a response in a couple of hours and it would be solved within a few days. The only thing I think that is worth knowing in advance is that they prefer cheques for rent payments, this is only an issue if your bank does not offer chequebooks (most banks will just send you one without any issues). But they are very approachable so it is always worth asking them for alternatives and explain your situation. Would definitely recommend them or at the very least book a viewing.

   WH Properties are a fantastic letting agent and I would fully recommend any student sign with them. They are supportive, clear in their communication, prompt to respond to maintenance issues, amiable and friendly throughout. If I were renting student accommodation next year, there is not doubt I would continue with them. It may be of note to some that during my time with them, renting was to be paid via cheque exclusively.

   Really impressed with WH Properties. Everybody there was friendly, the house was lovely and they were extremely quick to fix any problems that came up. The rent was great value too. Also, when we moved in, the kitchen in the house had just been renovated to an amazing standard, so they really care about looking after their properties. If you need a letting agency in Sheffield then look no further, WH Properties are the people to use.
