   Oak Estates are the best in the business. Cannot recommend them enough. Having had years of awful, financially crippling, but sadly, standard experience of using landlords agents. Paying for crap management or continuous finders fees! Or both..Which has been my experience! Oak Estates take all that worry away. They go out of their way to help you, not fleece you and also keep your tenants happy! Everyone wins, everyone is accommodated. You can sit back and relax with peace of mind.

   Photos of house were about 15 years old. Washing machine didn't work properly, mould/damp on walls, sink took 5 minutes to drain, bathroom light didn't work, shower is just ridiculous cuts off all the time and goes freezing. Send mike round to threaten me stand in my door holding hammer saying i was causing trouble and try make me move house and i pay my rent in full always. They do get things fixed but just annoying. Generally just a bad experience overall.

   If you rent a property from this agency you are not going to have privacy. Because From the beginning every week they have a viewing in the your property. In addition, if you pay deposit they will looking for a way to charge you even if you clean the property vey well when you giving the property back. I attached few photo from the property when they give it to me and just look cleaning standard.

   Over the last 5 years that I have been living in the properties, managed by Oak Estates, it has been the best possible experience any tenant could have, they have a very very quick response to issues that may crop up and attention to detail making sure that you're always comfortable, always up-to-date. I would recommend them to absolutely anybody, in fact I will consider them to manage my properties when I build my own real estate portfolio.    Don’t normally do reviews, but I couldn’t not with these guys. Iv been with Oak Estates for 4 years and Iv never had an issue with them. Every time Iv had to contact them they’ve been prompt to respond and they have always sorted any issue or query with no extra unnecessary complications. They are very approachable, friendly and genuine, I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to rent like I did. I would personally use them again if I need to with out a doubt.
