Sheffield Student Property have been fantastic. The house was professionally cleaned when we moved in. Any issues are sorted quickly and straight forward with quick communication by email and text. Even helped me when I had a problem with student finance -really understanding. I would recommend Sheffield Student Property 100%
Don't expect your deposit back. Seems like they're taking advantage of students who don't know any better. Awful experience with very invasive staff and an incredibly strict tenancy agreement. Customer service skills entirely lacking and had an experience similar to what other negative reviews have stated. I wouldn't be surprised if they have managed to get some bad reviews deleted like other people have said too.
I have been renting with Sheffield Student Property for the past year and I would happily recommend to other students. The office is always quick to reply to emails etc and quickly arrange things to be fixed by contractors when needed. The house was all freshly repainted and clean when we moved in. The office were also great about informing us when viewings were taking place.
Coming to the last few months of my tenancy with Sheffield Student Property I have been thrilled with the experience. Although initially we had a few problems with the accommodation the staff were incredibly helpful in helping us and would often send people the next day to fix. Combined with the cheap rent and excellent communication I would recommend!
A very polite, professional and helpful service was provided by Sheffield Student Property throughout my occupation in one of their properties for 2 years. Any problems with the house itself were sorted out immediately whenever possible by reliable and friendly contractors. Very responsive email contact was maintained throughout the tenancy which meant any issues could be mitigated effectively.
